We have taken advantage of the odd fine day in between the rainy ones to take our maths class outside in 3rd Class. We did a Scavenger Hunt where we solved maths equations & then had to find the same answer in the grounds of the school in order to match the answer to a letter. The letters solved to create the slogan: We Love Maths 😊 We also completed a Maths Mystery puzzle challenging us to solve clues on all aspects of the 3rd Class maths curriculum to find out ‘who dunnit’. This provides an excellent way to revise areas covered throughout the year in a fun and exciting way, as well as benefitting from the fresh air and sunshine in the outdoor classroom ✨ There is a definite feel of Summer Holidays as we head into our final week ☀️ Well done to all in 3rd Class for their hard work on maths throughout the year 🙌
