Unfortunately, due to the directions received from the DES, the school choir will not be singing at the parish mass in the Church of the Assumption, Knockavilla on St Patrick's Day.
We regret having to cancel this long-held tradition in Scoil Mhuire - an event which has taken place in this parish for many generations! The choir has been very busy learning all the traditional Irish hymns, many of which they performed beautifully at the Confirmation ceremony on March 3rd. Let us hope that we will have an opportunity to sing these beautiful hymns for the community in the near future!
