Active Schools Week in Scoil Mhuire rocked this morning as Ms Fitzgerald and Ms Ryan captained our school boat as we played ‘Rock the Boat’. Then, the children danced freestyle to an array of songs.
Mr Moran’s class were extremely busy during lunchtime planning and organising various stations for our ‘Fun Fit Friday’ themed afternoon. Students moved from station to station in their teams and were guided by their peers.
Active Schools Week in Scoil Mhuire has proved to be a great hit with all, both students and staff. Blessed with glorious sunshine all week, we are looking forward to next year already.
A huge thanks to Ms Ryan, Mr Moran and our ASF committee for all their work organising the events for Active Schools Week. Well done to all and thanks to staff & pupils who helped to make this week such a success.
