Junior and Senior Infants were busy on Thursday 26th of June with their teacher Ms. Redfern. We harvested our vegetables and fruits with our second and third class helpers and Mrs. Healy. We dug up the potatoes, carrots, turnips, raddishes and onions that we had planted in the spring. We picked the lettuce, strawberries and tomatoes. We carefully washed our produce and enjoyed a tasty picnic of homemade chips and salad, with strawberries dipped in chocolate to celebrate the end of our school year.
