4th & 5th class in Room 5 became published authors this year as they created their very own cook book, appropriately titled 'Class Cooks'.
Each pupil chose a recipe at home and drafted, edited and redrafted to create a final presentation piece and a drawing to go along with their recipe. Mrs Tierney added her chocolate cake recipe to the end of the book.
Using the online publishing service Our Class Book, we had our recipes compiled and printed into a beautiful book which we will have to treasure for years. The class chose to dedicate the book to the memory of Fr Egan who passed away earlier this year.
