Ms. Redfern's Junior and Senior Infants are taking part in the Incredibles Edibles programme with Agri Aware this year. We received our seed pack in February and got to work planting our seeds. This year, we are growing potatoes, carrots, onions, turnip, radishes, lettuce, tomatoes, peas, pole beans and French beans and strawberries. We carefully looked after our seedlings indoors before Easter and then brought them to the outdoor raised bed and polytunnel when they were bigger. We are enjoying looking after our fruits and vegetable plants, watering them regularly and are looking forward to trying some of our produce when they are ready in June.
