This week is Maths week!
Two classes in our school had a mystery to solve.
Wanted posters appeared around the school - 'an act of vandalisim' occured in the flowerbed and the children had to help find the culprit.
Ms Healy's class created a pictograph of their shoe prints. Then using this data as evidence, they helped eliminate the class from the list of suspects.
The class presented the data in a variety of ways. They learned how maths is useful in a real life situation by collecting their shoe sizes in an organised method.
